The advantage of a hybrid microcogeneratión (town gas, LPG, biogas, biomass, diesel, etc.) plus a solar application, is the perfect complement as the characteristic curves of each equipment on a seasonal graph.
The microcogeneratión uses 30% of the PCI for electric power, 60% goes to heat for hot water and heating, solar photovoltaic source is used for self-supply and electricity generation.
In the graph c, shown below, the combination of the microcogeneration and photovoltaic electrical production overlap. Resulting in a nearly uniform graphical, which is the electricity consumption for residential use.
